SHIPPING POLICY

STANDARD SHIPPING: Order is dispatched in 3-4 days. Delivery will take another 2-3 days after dispatch.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Order is dispatched within 2 days. Delivery will take another 1-2 days after dispatch.

PRIORITY SHIPPING: Order is dispatched within 1 day. Delivery will take another 1-2 days after dispatch.

 

US orders are shipped from the US. There will be no customs or duties charged upon arrival. We have several warehouses in the United States & your items will ship from the warehouse nearest to your address.

LASH’D UP™ fulfillment partner is Amazon. Hence your order may be delivered in an Amazon envelope. The system picks the carrier for your order based on your location. There may also be more than one carrier handling the shipping process for each order. Moreover, your multiple items order may be shipped in more than 1 shipment, depending on availability at the different warehouses. We are unable to entertain requests to ship with specific carriers. 

As the shipping party, LASH’D UP™ has no control over items once they are released to the carrier. We are unable to specify whether or not the item is left on your doorstep or mailbox or if the driver deems it unsafe to drop the item in case no one answers the door. In the latter situation, you may have to pick up your order at the designated pickup location left on the note on your door. LASH’D UP™ will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is damaged, lost or stolen, please file a claim with your carrier and notify LASH’D UP™ immediately. 

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
